*Choose a load that is challenging but allows you to move quickly through the short rep set for each movement. You will be breathing hard, and grip may be taxed, but try to minimize rest between movements.
*If the recommended load is too heavy, choose one that allows you to confidently do the deadlifts and cleans unbroken in the first few rounds.
*Try not to set the barbell down after the final power clean and go straight into the next round’s deadlifts.
